I have made about a dozen so far but this looks a lot easier than how I make mine. Hinges the same will now make mine in the same way. and like you say you have to make them in batches. I now have a bigger router as I burnt the last one out doing the groove for pen about 10 years ago. ps. have just started turning again so can not wait to make the boxes. thanks again for great article.
